Sea Foam Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbeaten egg whites
    1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
    dash salt
    1/3 cup water
    1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, brown sugar, salt, and water together in top of double boiler.
    Beat over boiling water for 7 minutes or until peaks form.
    Remove from water; add vanilla and beat one more minute.
    Frosts a 2-layer cake (very good on chocolate cake).
