Ingredients

4 oz. Colman's mustard
1 c. apple cider vinegar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine dry mustard and cider vinegar and let stand overnight, beat eggs and add sugar; mix well.
Combine all ingredients and place in top of double boiler, bring water to boil and lower to medium.
Cook, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
Makes 2 cups.
