Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter (room temperature)
1 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
In a large bowl beat butter, both sugars and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
Beat in eggs until well blended.
On low speed, gradually mix in dry ingredients, just until well blended.
With a wooden spoon, stir in chips.
