Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded carrots
1 c. raisins
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
Preparation

Combine carrots, pineapple and raisins.
Combine sugar, mayonnaise and yogurt, blending well.
Pour over carrot mixture and toss.
Cover and refrigerate.
