Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean sausage
1 Tbsp. butter
2 or 3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Brown sausage in frying pan.
Add butter and flour.
Mix well.
Add milk to thicken.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Just before serving, add sour cream.
This is great served over homemade biscuits.
