Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. blueberries
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 1/2 level tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Sweeten berries with the 1/4 cup sugar.
Place in bottom of 1-quart buttered casserole.
Mix all remaining ingredients and spoon over blueberries and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla yogurt ice cream.
Peaches may also be used instead of blueberries.
Serves 4 to 6.
