Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples
Preparation

Cream together sugar and oil.
Add eggs, then flour, cinnamon and vanilla.
Stir in pecans and apples.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes until done.
