Funnel Bread - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 to 1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Cook in hot oil (400\u00b0), turning once.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
