Cranberry Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
    3 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    2 Tbsp. orange rind, grated
    2 oranges, peeled, sectioned and diced
    1 red Delicious apple, unpeeled and diced
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl; add cranberry sauce and next 3 ingredients, stirring until blended. Chill mixture to the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
    Fold in fruit.
    Pour mixture into a lightly oiled 6-cup ring mold; cover and chill until firm.
    Makes 10 to 11 servings.
