Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 to 2 oz. Roquefort cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    red pepper to taste
    1 c. pecans, broken
    herbs of choice
Preparation
    Have cheese at room temperature.
    Add other ingredients, shape into balls or logs and roll in chopped nuts.
    This will make 2 fairly large balls.
    If processor is used, process nuts, then onoin, then cheese.
    This way you won't have to wash processor until finished.
