Polynesian Luau - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bowl Chinese noodles
1 bowl cooked white rice
1 cooked chicken, creamed
1 bowl peas, cooked
1 bowl chopped green onions
1 bowl chopped celery
1 bowl slivered almonds
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bowl crushed pineapple, drained
flaked coconut
Preparation

Stew chicken and save juice for gravy.
Bone chicken into bite size pieces.
To the broth of the chicken, add one can creamed mushroom and one can golden mushroom soup.
Rinse cans out with a little water.
Add the chicken and simmer for about an hour.
Add salt to taste.
