Kelli'S Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, then add flour.
    It will be stiff and crumbly, but carry on.
    Press into 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes, then cut in squares.
