Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. mashed ripe banana
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. walnut or pecan pieces
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Cream margarine, sugar and egg.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add bananas and milk.
    Add flour mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
    This bread is even better the next day.
