No Crust Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix ingredients about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown around the edges.
    Remove from oven and cool.
    Top with desired topping.
