Cajun Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. celery leaves
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. beef broth
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (15 oz.) cans red beans, rinsed and drained
    3 oz. smoked ham
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 to 5 slices bacon
    1/2 to 1 onion, diced
    12 to 24 oz. tomatoes
    12 to 24 oz. green beans
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; set aside.
    Saute onion in drippings. Drain off drippings.
    Add remaining ingredients and crumbled bacon. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes on low.
