Texas Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. tenderloin tips
    salt, pepper and flour to coat meat
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. beef stock
    1 bay leaf
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 pinch of rosemary
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    6 small onions
    2 tomatoes
    2 potatoes
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes; season with flour.
    Heat olive oil in deep iron skillet or Dutch oven.
    Brown meat slowly; add other ingredients.
    Cover tightly, turn meat often and simmer for 10 minutes.
