Chocolate Chip Mint Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 qt. chocolate chip mint ice cream, softened
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine cookie crumbs and margarine.
    Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs.
    Press remaining crumbs in bottom and 1/2-inch up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Freeze 1 hour.
    Place ice cream in a large bowl.
    Gently fold in whipped cream.
    Spoon mixture into crust lined pan.
    Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Cover. Freeze 5 hours or overnight.
    Makes 10 servings.
