Never Fail No-Beat Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Break eggs into bowl; add milk, flour and salt.
Mix well with spoon, disregarding lumps.
Fill well-greased Pyrex custard cups 3/4 full.
Place in a cold oven.
Set control at 450\u00b0 and turn on heat.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Don't dare peek!
After the 30 minutes baking time, open oven and pop into a bread basket.
Serve with tons of butter.
Then sit back and try not to look smug! Yields 8 popovers.
