Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    5 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. honey or sugar
    12 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
    Combine hot tap water with 7 cups whole wheat flour. Mix until well blended.
    Add salt and honey or sugar.
    Mix until well blended.
    Add 1 cup flour, then yeast mixture and blend thoroughly.
    Add 3 or 4 cups flour and knead dough until it begins to clean sides of the bowl.
    Oil hands.
    Separate dough into sizes to suit your pans.
    Oil top; cover with damp cloth.
    Let rise 1/3 in bulk (approximately 35 minutes).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
