Beef Zucchini Skillet(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 zucchini, sliced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine beef, onion, egg, oregano, salt and pepper until blended; shape into 20 balls, about 2-inches in diameter.
    Heat butter in large skillet and brown meat balls in butter. Place zucchini on top of meat balls; cover and simmer until zucchini is tender, about 30 minutes.
    Place meat balls and zucchini on warmed platter.
    Reserve 1/4 cup meat drippings; stir in flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese and stir until melted; pour some of sauce on meat balls and zucchini.
    Serve the remaining portion in a bowl.
