Strawberry Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    3 small boxes strawberry jello or 1 large and 1 small box
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
    1 c. (small can) crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 or 3 bananas, diced or mashed
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour half and half or no-fat sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add frozen strawberries and stir until thawed.
    Add pineapple and bananas.
    Place half of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Refrigerate until set. Spread sour cream over jello.
    Pour remaining jello mixture over sour cream.
    Refrigerate.
