Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    4 or 5 chopped carrots
    2 or 3 cans beef broth
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. paprika
    dash of oregano
    a few chopped celery leaves
    3 or 4 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes. Salt and pepper to taste. Dredge in flour and brown in oil. Remove from oil. Brown onion and paprika. Add other ingredients and cook until meat is tender. Stir sour cream into broth when meat and vegetables are done.
