Cheese Cake(Parentheses = Larger Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
2 (3) large pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 1/2) c. sugar
4 (6) eggs
1 (1 1/2) pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Grease sides and bottom of spring-form pan and sprinkle with plain graham cracker crumbs. Make a paste with the remainder of crumbs and margarine. Line bottom of pan with 1/2 of mixture.
