Spencer'S Chili Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger or venison, brown and drain
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 c. water
    2 cans kidney beans
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced and quartered
    1 c. macaroni
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder or to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Simmer 1 hour or until celery is tender.
    Stir occasionally.
