Crab Meat Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 large, fresh mushrooms
1 small, round onion, minced fine
3 tsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can crab meat, well drained (baby shrimp or tuna may be substituted)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Rinse mushrooms in water and drain.
Separate stems from caps, leaving caps intact.
Mince the stems finely.
Saute onion, stems and garlic in the butter.
Add crab meat.
Remove from heat and mix thoroughly.
Let cool.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and sprinkle gently with paprika, if desired.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven and leave for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
