Easy Scallop Potatoes - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/8 c. butter, melted (measure before melting)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Use part of melted butter to grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan. Top with remaining butter. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
