Double Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
    In a small saucepan, combine butter, sugar and water. Bring just to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 cup of the chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
    Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
