Sugarless Cookies(Adapted From American Diabetes Association) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. minus 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 extra large egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. chopped raisins (chop before measuring)
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add orange juice, orange rind, oil and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add walnuts and raisins (raisins are chopped to add more sweetening power).
    Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls about 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake in oven preheated to 375\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan and cool.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
