Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain rice
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. nonfat creamy or regular Italian dressing
    1 c. chopped chicken
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Cook rice with water and curry powder as directed on package, omitting butter.
    Cool; add dressing, chicken, onion and celery. Refrigerate to blend flavors.
    Makes 6 servings.
