Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton beefy onion soup
    1 can water
    garlic cloves
    carrots
    potatoes
    flour and pepper
Preparation
    Stuff garlic cloves in roast. Rub roast with flour and pepper on all sides. Brown roast on all sides. Mix cream of mushroom soup, Lipton soup mix and water. Pour over roast. Add carrots and potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
