Honey Of A Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. honey
    1 c. water
    1 c. mini marshmallows or 12 large marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add cornstarch and cocoa. Blend. Add honey and water.
    Cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows. Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla. Serve over ice cream, warm or cold. Make 2 1/2 cups.
