Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat egg until light and fluffy.
Add juice of lemon and powdered sugar.
In top of double boiler, cook until thickened. Cover and cool.
This is the basic cream which may be folded into any of the following for a light and luscious fruit salad topping. Add to 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise or 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped.
