Swedish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. finely crushed herb seasoned stuffing
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly beef, egg, stuffing, nutmeg and 1/3 cup soup. Shape firmly into loaf; place in shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
