Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
4 to 5 c. cooked chicken
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain and place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
Lightly salt and cover with chicken.
Mix mayonnaise, soup and lemon juice.
Spread over chicken and broccoli.
Spread with cheese.
Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Spread over all.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
