Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper.
    Alternate potatoes, onion and cheese in an 8 x 10-inch greased baking dish.
    After one layer of potatoes, onion and cheese, pour on 1/2 of soup mixture.
    Add the rest of the potatoes, onion and cheese.
    Top with remaining soup mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
