Baked Grecian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves, skin removed
4 oz. Feta cheese, cut into 8 finger size pieces
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. onion soup mix
Preparation

Make an opening in side of each piece of chicken.
Place a piece of cheese inside opening.
Spread mayonnaise lightly on each piece of chicken.
Mix crumbs and onion soup mix.
Roll chicken in crumbs.
Place on rack in baking pan.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
