Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. bell peppers
    1 (16 oz.) can taco sauce
    1 can chili beans
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Saute onions and bell peppers.
    Mash up chili beans.
    Add taco sauce.
    Add peppers and cheese.
    Add chili powder, if desired.
