B & B Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. green tomatoes, cut in quarters
    1/2 gal. onions, quartered
    1/2 gal. bell peppers, quartered
    1 c. hot peppers, chopped
    1 c. Morton canning salt
    5 c. sugar
    9 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together tomatoes, onions, peppers and salt.
    Let stand 1 to 2 hours.
    Mix together sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over tomato mixture.
    Heat through and seal in jars.
    Do not cook.
