Holiday Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. light brown sugar
    2 c. crushed pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar and beat 1 minute. Fold in nuts with spoon.
    Rub cookie sheet very lightly with butter.
    Drop cookies from spoon onto cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until done.
    Yields 2 dozen.
