Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. warm water
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 egg whites, beat until stiff
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and yolks.
    Add water and beat together.
    Add carrots.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to mixture.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into two well-greased 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
