Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix flour, cinnamon, sugar and oil together.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after each.
    Add carrots, mix well.
    Bake in three 8-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
