Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 jar mushrooms, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    5 to 6 oz. noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat. Add onion and butter.
    Cook onion. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream. Heat through.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with cooked noodles. Good the next day, too.
