Layered Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. hamburger
onions
potatoes
carrots
corn
tomato juice
Preparation

Press raw hamburger in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Salt and pepper.
Slice onion and put 1 layer on meat.
Peel and slice enough potatoes to make layer (thickness depends on individual taste), salt and pepper.
Put layer of sliced carrots.
Top with corn.
Pour tomato juice over top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
