Coconut Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sweet milk
    3 egg whites, beaten
    2 pkg. frozen coconut (do not use canned)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, including beaten egg whites in a heavy 2-quart boiler.
    Cook over medium heat; heat to a boil. Boil 3 minutes.
    Stir while cooking.
    No testing required.
    Frost layers.
    No way you can be a failure.
