Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pie crust
8 oz. turkey sausage
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Do not prick pie crust.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 7 minutes.
In skillet, cook sausage; drain well.
Sprinkle sausage in pie crust and top with cheeses.
Combine beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over all.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
Let stand before serving.
