Egg Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Sift first 3 ingredients together.
    Stir in oil, egg, milk and parsley.
    Drop by tablespoonful onto boiling chicken or turkey soup.
    Reduce heat and cook slowly 10 minutes, uncovered, and 10 minutes, covered.
