Sweet And Spicy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. extra lean ground round
    2 eggs
    1 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 (10 oz.) bottles taco sauce
    1 c. grape jam
    20 oz. water
Preparation
    Blend meat with eggs, applesauce and bread crumbs.
    Form into 1-inch balls and place in baking dish.
    Combine taco sauce, jam and water.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Chill overnight in refrigerator and skim any fat the next day.
    Reheat for serving, about 1/2 hour, at 325\u00b0.
