Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pouch dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    salad greens
    tortilla chips
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef in skillet until brown over medium heat.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup mix and chili powder and water.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cook 10 minutes.
