Breaded Pork Chops Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    breadcrumbs
    flour
    1 egg (enough for about 6 pieces)
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Prepare 3 plates, one with flour, one with egg and milk and one with breadcrumbs.
    Salt pork chops, then coat with flour, egg mixture and breadcrumbs.
    Prepare frying pan with about 1/4-inch of oil; preheat.
    Place pork chops in frying pan.
    Fry at 300\u00b0 (medium) for 10 minutes with cover on.
    Take cover off and reduce heat to 200\u00b0.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Turn pork chops over and repeat above frying.
    Fry until crispy brown.
