Waldorf With Orange Zest And Slivered Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large McIntosh apples (unpeeled), cored and cut into cubes and tossed with lemon juice
    1/4 c. dried currants
    grated zest of 2 large oranges
    1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    1 medium rib celery, finely chopped
    1/3 c. lightly toasted slivered almonds
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. natural unflavored yogurt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a noncorrosive bowl.
    Refrigerate for several hours.
    Makes 4 servings.
